What is an Alliance Agent

Job Description:

  • Will contact warm lead interested in starting their own home-based business. Will ask appropriate questions regarding lead’s interest in job opportunity after going through the 4 step process of New UFO Enrollment: First Contact, Meet & Greet, Take the Tour, and Enrollment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collects and reviews all lead information needed to complete the 4 step New UFO Enrollment process.
  • Identifies any restrictions and details on how to overcome issues the lead may have regarding the business model and careers and how to expedite issues and questions via email and email templates on X2CRM.
  • Follow up via email with the information requested via templates on X2CRM.
  • Register and order processing for new business enrollments and products.
  • Researches and resolves any questions regarding business model structures.
  • Effectively utilizes various means for collections information using approved methods, which could include phone, mail and online methods.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers: resolves any customer requests in a timely and accurate manner’ escalates complaints accordingly.
  • Reports any trends or delay to program management (broken links, system issues, billing issues, registration issues, etc.)
  • Ensures all program correspondence and communication (phone, mail, email, video, online) meets quality standards.
  • Exercises judgment within defined standard operating procedures to determine appropriate actions.
  • Required to be self-motivated, working from a queue (phone or system)
  • Expected to perform work in accordance with defined standard operating procedures - designed for your personal success.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
  • Use Dialer to call warm leads and update data entry pieces accordingly in Dialer system.
  • Document all client information, actions taken with client, emails sent, appointments scheduled on X2CRM system.
  • Be able to use screen sharing to be able to take client/prospect on a virtual tour of the website while presenting on video and microphone.
  • Be well-versed in the registration process to be able to register new UFO’s.



Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Requires broad training in fields such as administrations, computer sciences, customer service or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of the Learning How to Learn Program: Business Edition - provided upon enrollment as a UFO and approved Live Alliance Agent.



Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • General knowledge of software principles and operations.
