D.2010: Definition of FLUX

FLUX:

QA: The Question was asked by LULU:

In the D.2010 sources, flux is defined as a living, breathing state that constantly shifts and evolves using multiple algorithms and dimensions to create pathways and avenues of experience. Much like Consciousness, the flux is described as a living organism that is always present.

Key characteristics and functions of the flux include:

  • The Binding Force of the Universe: The flux is the location where the binding forces of the universe converge to move events from the "possible" to the "probable," and finally to "actual realization" so they can be experienced.
  • A Source of Options: While it is not a decision-making tool itself, it provides the practitioner with many potential decisions and pathways.
  • Constant and Chaotic: The sources note that "what is constant is in flux," representing a paradox of reality where probability and possibility exist within a state of chaos.

Interacting with the Flux

To interact with the flux effectively, a practitioner must achieve a specific state of mind:

  • Mind Stillness: Interaction occurs when the mind reaches a place of total stillness.
  • Active Bias: Despite the need for stillness, there must also be an established active bias toward understanding, learning, or a specific desired experience.
  • Releasing Thoughts: The Novie describes the process as becoming still, compressing a thought, creating a bias toward experiencing it, and then releasing it into the flux for the Universal Consciousness to manifest.

In the context of "The Becoming," the flux represents the flow of the eternal present, allowing a practitioner to co-create their experience alongside the Source.
